In honor of late Alam Lohar, Chimta is the modern adaptation of tradional music instrument. It clangs and jingles with a wide spectrum of tones and techniques and generates that crisp, clean sound of classic metal percussion instrument. The Chimta is made of 14 gauge hot-rolled steel, is approximately 30” long and weight less than 2 lbs. Chimta is available for group purchase for Chimta recitals and Chimta circles.
Chimta comes with bells, drumstick, carrying case and instruction sheet.
